Essential Requirements / Experience:
- 3 - 5 years of experience post-graduation in design engineering
- The successful candidate will be a graduate in Mechanical or Structural Engineering
- Must be able to Provide mechanical / structural engineering expertise related to strength, durability and manufacturability.

The Role:
- Define and deliver the engineering requirements for the development of new products and bespoke customer solutions
- Understand and follow the design process and prepare relevant information for design reviews and stage gates
- Optimisation of current and future product designs and customer solutions.
- Develop the teams engineering capabilities
