Who are now looking for a Head of Engineering Specializing in Power Transmission to come in and lead a strong team of 6 engineers and 50 contractors, in a role where you will Analyse and execute complex projects across the UK.

Essential Skills / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, with a focus on power transmission systems and technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering teams, delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Deep technical expertise in power transmission principles, including gear systems, drivetrains, and electrical power distribution.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities including strategic thinking, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
